Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

How is the size worked out?
Sizes go up in steps by the number of characters in your wording, from 3-4 up to 11-12. Spaces count as characters. Choose your size first and the text box will let you type up to that many characters.
Can I choose the colour?
Yes. Choose from Dark Blue, Ice Blue, Golden Yellow, Green, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Rose Pink or Off White in the options.
Can I use my own logo or a special font?
For a logo, a particular font or more than 12 characters, get in touch before you order and we will quote.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Choose 1 to 5 signs, or 10, in the quantity options. Each sign carries the text you type.
How long will my neon sign take?
Every neon sign is made to order, which takes up to 14 working days after you order. Delivery time is then added, depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
