FAQs

Questions about double sided banner stands

Everything you need to know before you order. Can't see your question? Our team is happy to help.

Ask us a question →
Can each side have a different design?
Yes. Use the same design on both sides or two different messages. Upload your artwork on the product page, and tell us in the order notes at checkout which design goes on which side.
What is included?
The twin banner cassette, a 3 part bungeed support pole, your double sided printed graphic and a padded carry case with a shoulder strap.
How long does set up take?
A minute or two, and no tools are needed.
What file types can I upload?
We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF and EPS files. Use a high-resolution file (300dpi) for the sharpest print, and allow 3mm bleed around the edge so nothing important is trimmed off.
Can I check my design before it is printed?
Yes. Leave a note in the order comments at checkout and we will send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed. We also check every file when it arrives and get in touch if we spot a problem.
How long will my banner stands take?
Double sided banner stands are printed in 4 working days, and most orders arrive in about 6 working days in total. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. See our turnaround times for every product.
