Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

What is included with an essential banner stand?
Each stand includes the lightweight cassette with two fold out feet, a 3 part bungeed support pole, your printed graphic and a padded carry case with a shoulder strap.
How long does set up take?
A minute or two. The graphic pulls up out of the cassette and hooks onto the support pole, and no tools are needed.
What is the graphic printed on?
Full colour on tear resistant 220 micron banner PVC (330gsm), so it stays flat and looks sharp for repeated use.
Which width should I choose?
800 and 850mm suit shop counters and narrow spaces. 1000mm is the popular all rounder. 1200 and 1500mm give you extra impact at events and exhibitions.
What file types can I upload?
We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF and EPS files. Use a high-resolution file (300dpi) for the sharpest print, and allow 3mm bleed around the edge so nothing important is trimmed off.
Can I check my design before it is printed?
Yes. Leave a note in the order comments at checkout and we will send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed. We also check every file when it arrives and get in touch if we spot a problem.
How long will my banner stands take?
Standard banner stands are printed in 4 working days, and most orders arrive in about 6 working days in total. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. See our turnaround times for every product.
