FAQs

Questions about A-frame signs

Everything you need to know before you order. Can't see your question? Our team is happy to help.

Ask us a question →
What is included?
Each A-frame is a brushed aluminium frame supplied with 2 pre-installed full colour graphic panels, one for each side, printed with your design.
Can I use it outside?
Yes. The panels are printed on weatherproof 220 micron PVC and the frame is lightweight brushed aluminium, so it suits pavements, shop fronts and indoor spaces.
Can I change my graphics later?
Yes. The panels are designed to be swapped. Get in touch and we can print replacement graphics for your frame.
Which size should I choose?
A1 (820 × 574mm) is the larger pavement sign. A2 (574 × 400mm) suits counters, entrances and tighter spaces.
What file types can I upload?
We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF and EPS files. Use a high-resolution file (300dpi) for the sharpest print, and allow 3mm bleed around the edge so nothing important is trimmed off.
Can I check my design before it is printed?
Yes. Leave a note in the order comments at checkout and we will send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed. We also check every file when it arrives and get in touch if we spot a problem.
How long will my A-frames take?
A-frames are printed in 4 working days, and most orders arrive in about 6 working days in total. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. See our turnaround times for every product.
