Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

What is foamex?
Foamex is a smooth, rigid foam PVC board. It is lightweight, durable and gives a flat surface for high resolution full colour printing.
Should I choose 3mm or 5mm?
3mm is light and economical for indoor displays and smaller signs. 5mm is stiffer and better for larger signs and signs used outdoors.
Can I use foamex signs outside?
Yes. Foamex is weather resistant, which is why it is popular for event, construction and retail signage.
Can I get holes drilled for fixing?
Yes. Choose drilled holes in the options. If you need a special shape or hole layout, get in touch before you order.
What file types can I upload?
We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF and EPS files. Use a high-resolution file (300dpi) for the sharpest print, and allow 3mm bleed around the edge so nothing important is trimmed off.
Can I check my design before it is printed?
Yes. Leave a note in the order comments at checkout and we will send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed. We also check every file when it arrives and get in touch if we spot a problem.
How long will my foamex signs take?
Standard foamex signs are printed in 4 working days, and most orders arrive in about 6 working days in total. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. See our turnaround times for every product.
