FAQs

Questions about sticker printing

Everything you need to know before you order. Can't see your question? Our team is happy to help.

Ask us a question →

Which sticker material should I choose?

Gloss gives bright, vivid colours, Matt has a smooth glare-free finish, Clear lets the surface show through around your design, Holographic adds a rainbow shimmer, and Eco paper is a PVC-free matt paper for sustainable brands.

How is my price worked out?

Your price updates live as you choose. Sizes between our standard sizes are worked out from the nearest ones, and die-cut stickers are priced by the outer size of the shape.

Are the stickers waterproof?

Our vinyl stickers are around 100 microns thick and rated for roughly 4 years outdoors, so they handle water bottles, laptops and outdoor use. Eco paper stickers are best kept indoors and dry.

What artwork should I send?

Upload a high-resolution PNG, JPEG or PDF (300dpi). For labels and stickers, a PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest edges. If you are not sure your file is right, we check every order before printing and will contact you if anything needs fixing.

How long will my stickers take?

Stickers are produced within 1–4 working days. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and tracked options are available. See our turnaround times for every product.
