Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

Is the size the diameter?

Yes. A 50mm round sticker is 50mm across.

Which material should I choose?

Gloss gives bright, vivid colours, Matt has a smooth glare-free finish, and Clear lets the surface show through around your design.

Are the stickers waterproof?

Our vinyl stickers are around 100 microns thick and rated for roughly 4 years outdoors, so they handle water bottles, laptops and outdoor use. Eco paper stickers are best kept indoors and dry.

What artwork should I send?

Upload a high-resolution PNG, JPEG or PDF (300dpi). For labels and stickers, a PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest edges. If you are not sure your file is right, we check every order before printing and will contact you if anything needs fixing.

How long will my stickers take?

Stickers are produced within 1–4 working days. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and tracked options are available. See our turnaround times for every product.
