Production time

Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

Which container should I choose?
The 3.5g glass jar is a premium 60ml jar for 3.5g. The 7g UV Miron jar uses violet glass that blocks light to keep products fresh. The 3.5g plastic pod is the lightweight, budget option.
Do the jars arrive labelled?
The glass jars arrive with your labels applied. The plastic pods come with printed labels supplied separately for you to apply.
Matte or gloss labels?
Matte labels have a soft, premium look with no glare. Gloss labels make colours brighter and more vivid.
Why are the quantities in odd numbers?
Jars are supplied in full cases, so the quantity options match the case sizes we buy and ship in.
What artwork should I send?
Upload a high-resolution PNG, JPEG or PDF (300dpi). For labels and stickers, a PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest edges. If you are not sure your file is right, we check every order before printing and will contact you if anything needs fixing.
How long will my jars take?
Jars are produced within 2–4 working days for 3.5g jars and pods (depending on stock), or up to 14 working days for 7g UV jars. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and tracked options are available. See our turnaround times for every product.
