Description

Your artwork printed directly onto matching boxes and 3.5g mylar bags, full colour and edge to edge. You get a 350gsm matte-laminated lock-bottom box sized to hold a 3.5g bag snugly, plus the direct printed bag that goes inside. No labels and no stickers, just a true retail finish that is smell-proof and resealable.

Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

What do I get in the set?
Each set is a 110 × 50 × 140mm lock-bottom box in 350gsm board with a matte laminated finish, plus a direct printed 3.5g mylar bag that fits inside. Both are printed with your artwork so they work as one package.
Which finish should I choose?
Matte gives a soft, premium look and Gloss makes colours pop. Holographic Gloss turns the whole bag into a rainbow shimmer, Holographic Stamping adds holographic foil to chosen areas only, and Spot UV mixes matte and gloss for a raised, textured effect.
Do you offer child-resistant zips?
Yes. Every direct printed bag can be ordered with a standard resealable zip or a child-resistant zip. Choose it in the Zip option before adding to your basket.
Can you print on the inside of the bag?
Yes. Choose "Outside + Inside" under Print to add artwork to the inside of the bag as well, which makes for a great unboxing moment.
What is the minimum order?
Direct printed bags start at 100 bags per design and go up to 20,000. The more you order, the lower the price per bag.
What artwork should I supply?
Upload a high-resolution PDF or PNG with 3mm bleed. We check every file before printing and will contact you if anything needs adjusting. If you need help, our design team can set the artwork up for you.
How long will my bags take?
Bags are produced within 15–20 working days after your artwork is approved. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and tracked options are available. See our turnaround times for every product.
