Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

Are the labels applied?
No. The pods come with your printed labels supplied separately, so you can apply them yourself, which is handy if you label in small batches or switch designs.
What size are the labels?
The top label is about 51mm and the bottom label about 44mm.
Matte or gloss labels?
Matte labels have a soft, premium look with no glare. Gloss labels make colours brighter and more vivid.
What artwork should I send?
Upload a high-resolution PNG, JPEG or PDF (300dpi). For labels and stickers, a PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest edges. If you are not sure your file is right, we check every order before printing and will contact you if anything needs fixing.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Our packaging design service creates print-ready artwork sized for your pack, with a first draft in 1–4 working days and up to 5 revisions.
How long will my pods take?
Pods are produced within 2–4 working days, depending on stock. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and tracked options are available. See our turnaround times for every product.
