Production time

Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

Can I write or stamp on the cards?
Uncoated cards are the easiest to stamp and write on. Lamination looks great but ink can smudge, so choose No Coating if you will be stamping the cards.
Do you have ready-made loyalty card designs?
Yes. Choose one of our loyalty card templates, add your details online and see it live.
Which card stock should I choose?
400gsm Silk is our standard card with a smooth, bright finish. 450gsm Silk is thicker for a more premium feel, and 350gsm Recycled is a great choice for eco-conscious brands.
What does lamination add?
Gloss lamination makes colours pop with a shiny finish, matt lamination gives a smooth, glare-free look, and velvet lamination adds a soft-touch feel that customers notice. All three also protect the card from scuffs and moisture.
What file types can I upload?
We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF and EPS files. Use a high-resolution file (300dpi) for the sharpest print, and allow 3mm bleed around the edge so nothing important is trimmed off.
How long will my cards take?
Cards are produced within 2–4 working days. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and tracked options are available. See our turnaround times for every product.
