We will confirm your dispatch date when you order. If you need it by a certain date, please get in touch before ordering.

Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single hoodie, a handful for your team or a full merch run. Every hoodie is printed to order.
How is my design printed?
This hoodie is printed with DTF (direct to film): your design is printed onto a film and heat pressed onto the hoodie, giving bright, sharp colour on any colour. It suits logos, text and bold graphics best.
How much does each print placement cost?
The price starts at £31.30, which includes the hoodie and a front print. Each extra placement (back, left sleeve or right sleeve) adds £4.62. The price updates as you tick each placement.
Can I order different sizes of the same design?
Yes. Type how many you need in each size and they are all added to your basket together with the same artwork.
Where does the front print go?
The front print sits on the chest, above the kangaroo pocket. The back print can be much larger, up to 38 × 48cm. Sleeve prints run down the outside of each arm.
What artwork should I send?
Upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest print, at 300dpi for the size you want it printed. JPG, WebP and PDF files are also accepted. We check every order before printing and will contact you if anything needs fixing.
Which size should I order?
It is a loose fit, so take your usual size. Check the size guide on this page for exact measurements.
How long will my order take?
Hoodies are printed to order and dispatched within 8–16 working days. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Will the frayed details keep fraying?
The frayed areas are finished by hand to give a distressed look. A few loose threads after washing are normal and part of the style. Wash inside out on a gentle cycle to keep them neat.
