Production time

Everything is made to order. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

Will the sticker fit my packaging?
The sticker is sized for 28g mylar bags at 145 × 225mm. If your packaging is slightly different, leave a note at checkout and we can adjust the size a little.
What artwork should I send?
Upload a high-resolution PNG, JPEG or PDF (300dpi). For labels and stickers, a PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest edges. If you are not sure your file is right, we check every order before printing and will contact you if anything needs fixing.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Our packaging design service creates print-ready artwork sized for your pack, with a first draft in 1–4 working days and up to 5 revisions.
How long will my stickers take?
Stickers are produced within 1–4 working days. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and tracked options are available. See our turnaround times for every product.
