  • The majority of our products are custom-made to your specifications, making them unique and tailored to your needs.
  • Due to their personalized nature, custom-made products cannot be resold to other customers. As a result, returns and refunds for these items are subject to specific conditions.

  • In the rare event that your custom-made product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
